Our programs utilize scientifically proven drug-free techniques for child ADD/ADHD, Learning Disabilities and Dyslexia, Auditory Processing Disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. We use these techniques to train the brain to perform at its fullest capacity and be more able to handle the demands of school, work and life.

The first step in helping your child improve his or her academic performance is to conduct a thorough evaluation and screening to uncover the root causes of the problem. The visible symptoms of the various attention deficit, learning, and behavior disorders that lead to poor grades can look the same, making it difficult to establish an effective solution. For example, a child that has an auditory perception issue can often become inattentive when receiving instructions at school, leading teachers and parents to wrongly conclude that the child has ADD or ADHD. This type of misdiagnosis can lead to a downward spiral of ineffective techniques and increasing frustration.

The Evaluation & Screening results are then used to form a treatment plan based on each patient's individual needs. If a patient has had prior diagnostic tests and evaluations elsewhere, we consider them carefully, but we do not accept the diagnosis until we confirm it for ourselves. While, the evaluation/screening done during the initial appointment provides us with significant information, additional psycho-educational, neuropsychological, or auditory/language testing may be necessary.
